I reached out to this company twice through their online form with no response. No response to my voicemail either. I then decided to email them directly a few months later and got a notification that they have a new email address, so clearly, they don't maintain/monitor their online form. When i let them know via email, they didn't apologize for the months of no response, and just said they would be in touch to schedule someone to come out for a quote. Last year the workmanship was terrible and had to call to complain multiple times. Since I used them for 20 years I gave them another chance this year even with a significant increase that was not for all customers. And the service has been terrible it is very clear Kevin does not care at all about his customers any longer. I would never recommend them to anyone.
