I had a water leak in my guest room and after the mitigation team finished the demolition we had both drywall and flooring to replace. After a water loss in my home, the hall bathroom had serious subfloor damage that had to be removed down to the joists. Kelsey came in, diagnosed the problem correctly, rebuilt the subfloor, and installed new tile flooring. The work was done professionally and the bathroom is now solid, level, and fully functional again. He showed up when he said he would, explained the work clearly, and got the job done quickly. Had someone come to my home to change out my bathtub drains and they ended up putting a hole in my tubs causing both to leak but the one upstairs was leaking to my room causing part of my ceiling to be replaced.
