Worked with them before on getting replacement parts for my CM Utility service body and had done some repairs before no problem. Before they changed ownership they were responsive and on top of it. Todd(new guy) my rep i had to reach out numerous times via email and phone to follow up and still never got anywhere. "Oh thanks for following up with me" I shouldn't have to follow up for weeks on end for parts that you're getting me a quote on. Will not be using them again due lack of communication and follow up.

Do not use them, I had them take boxes off my truck because it had to get body work done. Once I brought it back for them to put the boxes back on, they did a half a** job doing so. Boxes were installed off level and plumb. Poor job, poor craftsmanship.
