The owners response says it all, "it not our problem" he could have sent an invoice to be paid, or sent a Venmo address for the deposit. We agreed to a price and a deposit amount. We passed on other options to work with them. Thier word obviously means nothing, so why would thier warranty or after sales be any better. This will be my 3rd ARE cap since 2002. They have been up front, honest and extremely helpful since day one. They are willing to fix or clean up most anything that doesn't meet your satisfaction. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you
