My experience with Mastercraft was positive and smooth from start to finish. The team of professionals keep you well informed on their products and help with any questions or concerns and situate your needs for what you’re looking for. I had a rack and taneau cover installed on my 2019 Ford Ranger. I was 30 minutes early to the appointment and they were able to start right away. Communication throughout was impressive. I purchased a no-splice brake-light wiring harness from Mastercraft that I was assured would work for my vehicle. Once I received, I soldered on some custom connections for the harness but when I went to hook it up, it was not compatible with my truck afterall. While I understand why Mastercraft will not take the item back, his exact words were "It is supposed to work on your Tacoma truck and I can't explain the issue based on your photos but now you have cut the harness I can't do anything with it." Always friendly! Update: Had a warranty issue with a product I had purchased about a year ago. When I reached out there was no hesitation to contact the product provider and get me a replacement. The process was efficient and courteous.
