We suffered roof damage due to a recent hail event. We got a few quotes from different roofers all close in price what stood out was that Ed explained the process to us so we understood how it works as this was our first ever insurance claim No questions remained unanswered. We highly recommend Ed with Mastercraft Roofing and Construction! He has replaced 6 roofs and made other storm related repairs on 3 different properties for us, over a period of 15 years. When you have a storm related claim, you do have a choice. Don't just call a "Roofer" but rather call Ed who is a "Contractor". I had a really bad experience with the roofer I contacted to do my roof and basically ended up losing all my money to bad roofer. Bad roofer contacted Ed at Mastercraft who worked with bad roofer to make right on my roof deal. Ed came out, put on a BEAUTIFUL roof and they didn't blow off during the slightest breeze!!! Following hail damage in my neighborhood, my insurance adjuster finding NO hits! The adjuster was wrong! Master Craft Roofing (Ed Murray, 378-7663) came by a week later and pointed out the damage on my fascia, the roof turtles, and the neighboring houses. How could my shingles have escaped being hit?
