The company caused mold damage to my house and ignores me after reporting the issue. Mastercraft Roofing replaced my roof a couple years ago and forgot to install the bathroom ventilation. I did not discover this until a contractor was doing some work on my house. It appears that Mastercraft Roofing just left the bathroom ventilating to the attic and caused some serious mold damage. We've utilized Jaime and the crew at Mastercraft Roofing for a tree branch through shake roof repair, a new roof on our Seattle home and most recently a new roof on our Renton home.
