Very pleased with Master Craft and their team. Three projects completed. Repair of drywall, ceilings & paint match after our poly B removal. Continued outside for minor projects but discovered major issues with deck supports, Rob carried on and finished all projects working diligently, professionally with a good eye to every detail. I will start by saying everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. When we paid for the "design phase" we were told every detail would be sorted out so that when it came time to renovate everything would be decided. There were a few things that did not get sorted in the design phase however, and assumptions were made instead of asking before doing. We've actually worked with MasterCraft twice now, and we couldn't be happier! Everyone on the team, from the project manager to the workers, was so nice, always quick to respond, and you could tell they really cared about their work. The whole renovation went so smoothly and was really well-managed, which you don't always see in construction! The MasterCraft team did an amazing job. The quality is fantastic, and I'm in love with my new washroom, it's absolutely gorgeous!
