Have used Mastercraft several times now, and just had a job for installing new valves for a shower remodel. As always, the work that was preformed was great. The team Jeremy and J.J. were on time and very knowledgeable about valves and the drain and the entire install. Thank you so much!
Mastercraft Plumber technician Ramces Laris responded to my residence for an evening emergency sewage drainage issue. He was personable, friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to explain in laments terms, the issue that was causing the problem. Got back to me promptly that same evening with an estimate for the cost of the repair. Had a crew come out first thing the next morning. Could not be more satisfied with Ramces Laris, his crew and Mastercraft Plumbers.
