I had a leak in a drain line that required immediate repair and remediation. Jacob was great, very friendly and took time to explain everything in detail which I really appreciated. He also fixed some other plumbing issues while onsite and left everything very clean and in good working order. The pricing was very reasonable and communication and quality was outstanding. I would recommend Mastercraft Plumbing to anyone.
This is the 5th time I've had excellent service and professional experience from Jeremy Nedrow ( Master Craft Plumbing)... In the last 2 years I've had Major plumbing installation, cutting into slab, installation of new under slab plumbing, attic plumbing and a few other services... Great experience, not to mention professional, prompt and good communication about options and or solving installation recommendations to meet building codes. Jason and Manny from Mastercraft Plumbers did an absolutely fabulous job installing a new tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. The job was done to perfection with care and exceptional attention to detail. Patrick diagnosed our issues immediately and had Jason and Manny on the job the next day. I would hire them again for any plumbing need.
Had Mastercraft Plumbers install a stainless steel utility sink and faucet in our laundry room. Also had repairs done to leaking copper pipes. Their prices are reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. They communicated well, were very personable, professional, punctual and met the project goals. Jeremy did a top notch job repairing our shower valve. Clear evidence of superior craftsmanship, and he left the area super clean and he was very respectful in minimizing the disruption to our family activity during the repair. I will go back to MasterCraft for all my plumbing needs. So professional with reasonable prices.
