This is the 5th time I've had excellent service and professional experience from Jeremy Nedrow ( Master Craft Plumbing)... In the last 2 years I've had Major plumbing installation, cutting into slab, installation of new under slab plumbing, attic plumbing and a few other services... Great experience, not to mention professional, prompt and good communication about options and or solving installation recommendations to meet building codes. Daniel with Mastercraft plumbers did a really superb job with short notice. He was timely, friendly and very honest as our price even decreased a bit when he was able to use a hose he didn't think he'd be able to. Paterno Neri was fantastic! Explained everything, performed all of the needed repairs in an efficient and expedited manner, and was a true gentleman. I would go as far as to say that not only is he a true craftsman, but in a way, an artist with the way that he completed my Moen water shut off system. Please consider giving him a very big raise. He is a true talent!
Jason and Manny from Mastercraft Plumbers did an absolutely fabulous job installing a new tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. The job was done to perfection with care and exceptional attention to detail. Patrick diagnosed our issues immediately and had Jason and Manny on the job the next day. I would hire them again for any plumbing need.
Had Mastercraft Plumbers install a stainless steel utility sink and faucet in our laundry room. Also had repairs done to leaking copper pipes. Their prices are reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. They communicated well, were very personable, professional, punctual and met the project goals.
