I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.
We hired Mastercraft Plumbers to replace our tankless water heater that stopped working. They were able to come out to provide an estimate the same afternoon that I called them. They offered a competitive price for the work and did it the next day. The installation was well done. We had some minor issues with the new hot water heater. I called them and they sent Ramces Laris out to diagnose and fix. Ramces was awesome! He was on time and he figured out the problem quickly and fixed it for us. I love these plumbers!!! Jeremy installed a water heater for us a few years ago, and recently some hosing started to leak. When he came out, he informed us that there had been a recall on the hoses and replaced them free of charge!!!! The integrity he displayed was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated! He was also training a new apprentice, JJ, who was such a kind/polite young man! Great people & a Great company, 10/10 recommend!
Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! Eran Collins was outstanding. I hired MasterCraft Plumbers to replace a leaking faucet in an upstairs bathtub/shower. Unfortunately, things got off to a rocky start. A different plumber performed the initial work but was unable to complete the job due to not having the proper parts in stock. No big deal. The big deal occurred when water started pouring out of an AC vent downstairs — not dripping, pouring! Fortunately, I was home to turn the water off.
