Daniel M. and Eddie came out to check/fix an issue with our clogged kitchen sink, and they were absolutely wonderful. Both were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how the drainage system works and how they resolved the problem. They also shared helpful tips on how to care for the sink and pipes moving forward. I truly appreciate their time and expertise! I highly recommend their services, and they will definitely be my first call if I ever need help again.
My hot water heater died and I needed to replace it that day. I called Master Craft and they were amazing. They responded immediately. The sent someone over to inspect it within an hour and then the new hot water heater was install that same day. They really saved me. Edgar and Travis are the best. They are super professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.
Master craft did an excellent job of handling my plugged kitchen drain line. Trevor did a great job snaking the line so it would drain. Manuel was tasked with hydro blasting the resulting open drain line. Took a little time but he got the lines clean and checked all the main lines to ensure no surprises were hiding down the line. Grate company! After we installed a new sink we called again to replace our old toilet and it was done next day! Reasonable price, great quality and very efficient. Our technicians Daniel Martinez and Raymond Brotherton were the best! Thank you so much!
I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.
