I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.
We hired Mastercraft Plumbers to replace our tankless water heater that stopped working. They were able to come out to provide an estimate the same afternoon that I called them. They offered a competitive price for the work and did it the next day. The installation was well done. We had some minor issues with the new hot water heater. I love these plumbers!!! Jeremy installed a water heater for us a few years ago, and recently some hosing started to leak. When he came out, he informed us that there had been a recall on the hoses and replaced them free of charge!!!! The integrity he displayed was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated! He was also training a new apprentice, JJ, who was such a kind/polite young man! Great people & a Great company, 10/10 recommend!
I cannot express how thankful I am for Chandler the GM, Manny, Juan, and Giovanni. We had a gas leak and after a detection company found the leaks, they repaired it right after, and worked with me through the permitting and city inspection process. After the initial work 2 more leaks were found, and they were just as prompt, helpful, and understanding to assist with that as well. The price was more than fair and its rare to find such a responsive and easy to work with company in any trade. Thank you Mastercraft!
MasterCraft Plumbers provided excellent service. Ramces and Jake were professional, clearly explained the issue and pricing before starting work, and completed the job efficiently. They took the time to answer my questions and even offered maintenance tips. The area was left clean when they finished. Solid work and fair pricing - would definitely use them again.
