I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mastercraft Flooring and the complete reflooring they did for us. Marc, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I have never seen a harder-working, more dedicated crew than Carlos and his team. (I had also just finished repainting before the job, and there wasn’t a single blemish from any of the considerable furniture moving.) Great job! Thank you.
I had some water damage to my condo floors from a faulty dishwasher, so I needed to replace about 100 sq ft of flooring. I found Marc through some positive recommendations in online forums and immediately I saw why he routinely earns 5-stars. His communication and proactive support from start to end earned him another 5-stars with this review. Marc also knows how to assemble a stellar crew with an immense attention to detail and professionalism. A "white-glove" service at an affordable and fair price point.
This is now the third time that we've had Mastercraft Floors install / replace flooring in our home. They've done both carpet and wood flooring, and have done an exceptional job each time. They installed a new carpet stair runner this time as well, and it all looks fantastic. Thanks Marc, always a pleasure working with you and your team!
Marc was amazing to work with. He was patient and understanding of our flooring needs. He listened and helped us pick a great floor for a high traffic are and the outcome is phenomenal. The floor has been in use for 5 years and it still looks the same as the day it was installed. His knowledge and experience are incredible. I would not work with anyone else for my flooring needs.
