We had a very pleasant experience with Mastercraft Floors when we recently replaced the carpet in our basement. Marc, the owner, is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on suitable types of carpet and padding. His crew was courteous, professional, and completed the job in one day. I had some water damage to my condo floors from a faulty dishwasher, so I needed to replace about 100 sq ft of flooring. I found Marc through some positive recommendations in online forums and immediately I saw why he routinely earns 5-stars. His communication and proactive support from start to end earned him another 5-stars with this review. Marc also knows how to assemble a stellar crew with an immense attention to detail and professionalism. A "white-glove" service at an affordable and fair price point.
This is now the third time that we've had Mastercraft Floors install / replace flooring in our home. They've done both carpet and wood flooring, and have done an exceptional job each time.
