Marc was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough. At the first visit, he noticed details other bidding companies had missed, made careful measurements, and provided samples. He and his team then did an excellent job buffing out scratches and stains, using high traffic finish in our kitchen, even replacing a custom wooden floor vent we had broken. I’m still surprised how good—and new—our floors now look. We’ll use Mastercraft again when we need to refinish other rooms.
We had a great experience with Marc and his team. Marc was able to schedule a visit to our house quickly, and followed up with an estimate quickly as well. He communicated every step of the way (when he would order material, when it’d arrive, scheduling, etc.) and his team showed up on time and were done with our basement and stairs in 3 hours. The carpet is very soft and looks great!

Marc worked with me to come up with the most cost effective solution and was so kind & professional throughout the process. The team onsite was very respectful & hardworking and completed our job in less than a day!
