Very rude poor customer service don’t even waste your time
From the point of an initial discussion with Mark Jennings about the renovation we were seeking including an open plan industrial style modern kitchen and laundry and subsequent outdoor area of our home in Hurstbridge, the professional experience, communication and personal approach Mark provided was fantastic! Mark is amazing ! I received a quote and had previously been referred to Mark after seeing a renovation a friend had completed by him . I could not be happier! Mark was friendly , polite , reasonable in pricing and after I needed my renovation completed by a curtain date - delivered ! No problems whatsoever and his communication was impeccable. Mastercraft Construction renovated my 2 BR unit & I am very happy with the end result & would highly recommend them. Alterations to the floor plan were made to create an open plan living area. Structural wall removal between the lounge & kitchen made an open room with more light. A new kitchen was put in with a Velux skylight which looks amazing and was Mark's idea.
