Complete garbage construction. A lack of inspection and quality work. Does not complete 11-month walk through. A hack of a builder that does not know how to install windows (there was no framing done they slapped it on some 2x4 forgot j channels and tarred it) and did not insulate around them per code.. which is why the windows have condensation.. improper install), improper drywall, framing, roofing, ran electrical through makeshift ductwork, forgot ductwork, screwed up box ceiling, siding, concrete -definitely did not insp... read more

Mastercraft has constructed two homes for us. Thrilled with both. Attention to the details, follow-up and follow-through during and after construction. Thoughtful design elements and suggestions. Design staff and construction team top notch.
Mastercraft has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their position and extremely helpful. From the start of my build process Amber was fantastic in helping me securing my lot and dealing with the bank. Dawn was excellent during the selections process and very punctual with the paperwork aspect. Mastercraft is an excellent homebuilder. From the very beginning until the end, I felt that they were honest and upfront about the process. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of our home. Our neighbors have given us several compliments regarding the workmanship and overall appearance of our house.
