Never ever Use them please! We have got Scam from these shop. Our Mercedes Benz stayed in these shop for almost 5years. The guy, Owner Name E... he kept texting back and forth to my husband that he'll get the work done on our car, but he never did. He actually left our car looks like junk broken apart. When we finally realized this is it dealing with this scam bug guy E.... Do NOT use Mastercraft. They kept my car over a year, lost parts, and GLUED the hood ornament on. They even broke some parts and tried to hide it from me. HORRIBLE.
Had a Classic car restored there. They took 3 years longer than promised. Plus they were 12k over budget. Finally got the car and it's not drivable. Oil leaking, engine problems, bad scratches on the paint, driver door isn't level, etc. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Eric, the owner, is nice and genuine! Price was somewhat reasonable. When I got there the workers didn't pay any attention to me. I was left standing around for 20 minutes. Was told the car would take 3 days to fix. Didnt get until 10 days later had to constantly call for updates. When I did get my car there were scratches on the "repaired" area and they broke my key.
Knowledgeable and very experienced . Capable of high end work.
Can't be sure but believe I was scammed by family at Mastercraft Bodyworks. I paid for a paint job on a mirror to a 15 year old car belonging to family of one of the employees. Whole scenario put my radar up as it was less than deductible, minor chip on mirror of older car and fussy demanding woman??? Agreement with woman and Mastercraft when I put the money down was for me to view repairs at completion. THEY ALL AGREED TO CALL ME WHEN WORK PERFORMED.
