Update - While it appears their phone system and call back process definitely needs work, emailing Mastercare from MasterCraft's reply to this review definitely helped and someone got back to me right away and helped fix my VIN# problem so I could register my trailer. I hate to leave this review because I have always loved Mastercraft boats but unfortunately they have brought me to this. I have been trying to get someone on the phone from Mastercraft for over 3 months now, all you can do is leave messages. I have an issue with my VIN number and no one EVER calls you back. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten, I can’t believe they put out the best boat but the back end service is this bad, so disappointing.
