The only thing worse than their products are their customer service. Spent over $5000 for a complete worthless machine.

Mastercool Commander 2000 used it ten times, compressor already bad. I would have to pay to replace. Not worth repairing. Never worked properly.
Have called multiple times trying to get help on my 1 week old mastercool commander 2000 machine. The have put menon hold and hung up 3 times and gave told me for 2 days they will call me back but never have. At this point I am going to send the machine back and buy one a manufacturer will support and stand behind.
