Lack of service, information on what is owed and overcharging! Couldn't provide home Internet or keep installation date, I missed work and they didn't show up, then they randomly showed up and disconnected other services from another provider(internet, phone ant tv). And they won't disclose my remaining tab balance. And today I caught them charging me a late fee 4 days before my bill is due, who knows how long they've been doing this.
