RecommendedI have been using Masterclean for years to clean my carpet and rugs. They have always done an exceptional job. Recently I took them an antique wool oriental rug that was very sentimental to clean and I thought it was beyond restoration. They did an exceptional job and I couldn't be more pleased!! I can't thank them enough! I left my tub running for 2 hours and flooded my master bedroom, part of living room and sons room! Masterclean showed up with in an hour or so of receiving a frantic call! The customer service was great, from Lee (who saved the day), to the nice gentlemen that showed up over the weekend to check on my carpets, to the friendly lady at the front desk! Couldn't be happier (all things considered). 100% they will be my go to carpet cleaner from here on out!
