They don’t answer their phones or stand by their work. We had a screen replaced in May and I’ve been trying to reach them since. It is not functioning and no one has called me back or answered. I’m not even sure if this company is still in business.
I can't say enough about the guys at mastercare. I worked with a guy named Lee he was very professional.Really great service.
My new Armor Hurricane Screens were delivered back in 2019. I am now a widow in my 70s and never installed them in 2020 due to no extreme weather that year. This year I will be going away for an extended period of time and wanted to install the Armor screens just in case a storm comes in while I am gone. Very knowledgeable and polite, came out and measured within a few days of my call, explained everything to me and then sent a detailed estimate complete with floor plan and cost breakdown. The shutters have not yet been installed but the job has been scheduled. So far they have been a great company to deal with, so I figured I would give them props for excellent customer service.
