Amazing service.. My GP, unable to get me an appointment, sent me here. Phonecall and appointment set within two hours and despite running five minutes late thanks to traffic was welcomed with a smile.. receptionist is incredible, instantly puts you at ease, saw I was struggling and got me a water and seat. Saw a doctor within ten minutes and quick exam helped get the medication I need.. Reddish Family practice has amazing links..
My wife had an eye appointment 2 days ago, when we got home we noticed that the prescription she had been given had another patients details on it and not my wife's, we have spent the last 2 days trying to get the correct prescription, passed from pillar to post, nobody taking responsibility, would be very reluctant to visit them again, shocking service! I would leave them no stars on this review if it was possible !!
bit out of the way but nice building and lovely staff very welcome helpful and relaxing atmosphere all good look forward to calling again thankyou
