Arrived for a scheduled drop-and-hook pickup at 6:00 PM but reached the facility early around 3:00 PM. We were told it was not ready however, to my surprise, the trailer was ready in under 30 minutes. Rita was already waiting for us and promptly handed over the paperwork. While securing the load, we noticed the freight had been loaded inconsistently. I would strongly recommend, avoiding this product that all cost the level of quality that they produce is less than substandard in the industry. Damaged cabinets in complete cabinets incorrect screws., partially painted cabinets, drawer boxes that are not the right length that will not engage into the drawer slides, warped cabinet fronts, which make it almost impossible to align the cabinets to screw them together to look seamless. I've delivered here three times now. Nice people, prompt truck unloading. Very courteous.
Driver arrived for delivery around 12 PM. Appointment was scheduled for 01/30 from 8 AM to 1 PM. Facility was closed due to team training, and no one was available to unload the truck. We contacted the broker, and they admitted it was their mistake. They offered a layover until Monday, which created a big issue since the driver had another load scheduled back to NY the same day.
