Extremely rude experience. We visited multiple stores before this one. As a family, we usually look at items, take photos, and then discuss and decide at home. The photos are simply to help us remember what we liked. One of the workers—who seemed to be the owner—told us we couldn’t take photos. My dad immediately apologized and showed him that he was deleting the photo. We waited 4 months for a king sized bed frame to arrive (after being told roughly 8 weeks) The supports underneath are not level and the staff at the store were less than helpful. I was promised a call after speaking with someone Sunday the 23rd. They said they would call by the 24th after speaking with the owner. No call and they do not have a voicemail to leave a message.
