Great experience - with Alberto (the quote came from him) , Rosemarie (scheduling etc), and the installer, (sorry spacing on his name). pleasant easy experience replaced 4 window panes that were cloudy. Planning on doing one more we forgot, and a couple of screens. Thanks you guys! They're a great Greenpoint business. Also reasonable pricing!

Master Window Repair has helped me out a few times with broken windows, foggy windows or inoperable windows. It has gone smoothly with good results. Everyone I worked with from the office, the estimator, and repair team (thanks Victor!) has always been friendly and punctual. I recommend them for all your window repair needs.

Glass ok, fine details and customer service lacking Living room windows had condensation between panes which needed to be replaced. Contacted Master Window Repair based on Yelp and Google reviews. Communication, virtual consultation with Alberto, estimate and scheduling of the job were fine prior to the work being done. The glass itself looks ok; however, the finishing details and customer service once the job was complete are lacking. Best window repair ever. I was told by several window repair people that I would need to change my gigantic single hang window of my brownstone, because the window balance cannot be repaired. Before I spent a fortune on a new window I found Master repair. The guy came over, took one look, and came back two days later and fixed the window balance in less than 30 minutes. We've hired Master Window Repair for large jobs in our apartment cooperative. Both times they have been excellent, from timeliness to communication to prices to work completed. I really appreciate that they do a virtual visit and estimate first, before coming in person to take measurements. It saves time and effort for both parties. Overall they're the best and I'll definitely hire them again the future!
