BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is an unethical company. It’s family owned. They worked together to steal a paid guests puppy. The cleaners came into the home and took the puppy while the guests were out at the theme park. The owner stop taking calls when reported. The authorities were called and were able to obtain the puppy. They really need to be out of business for this disgusting behavior. I’m leasing a space from you and you come in and take my belongings?! How shady is that?
STAY AWAY - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We recently stayed at 8979 Bismarck Palm Road, Kissimmee, FL 34747. We had a package delivered to this address, and the HOA indicated it costs $10 to retrieve the package. The policy book from Master Vacation Homes indicates the policy is that the package can be picked up at no cost for up to ten days. They are just the worst,we went to Orlando the pool was freezing cold because the heater was broking, so my family and I did not enjoy the pool, the TV wasn't working no Wi-Fi, and when we called them about the issues the hang up on us. Please be aware this organization does not do business well and very poor customer service.
This past weekend renting through Master Vacation Homes was an awful experience. First, when we arrived at the front gate they didn’t have our information in the system, even though we had our reservation information in our phones they still gave us a hard time letting us in. We also went to the front office (club house) they also didn’t have our information in the system.
