Honesty, Integrity and excellent customer service. I cant say enough about Nikita and Rick. Long story short I was expecting a $7000 repair job, but through Nikita's unreal customer service and research, the repair ended up being less than 300 bucks. Thank you Master Tune!
Rick and his team came to my rescue when 3 other shops couldn't diagnose the problem with my vehicle. 1 shop said engine head gasket leak and other said coolant leak. Turned out it was just an exhaust issue. It's been couple of months of driving and no issue. Honest, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place.
Amazing work and great customer service
This shop seized my engine!! CRAZY. Towed it there ran rough still drove. Got it back didnt fix the sensor issues from throwing codes.tow drop dropped it back off rolled off the deck in neutral..Then i couldnt get it to turn back over . Took. serpentine belt off tried to turn crank case manually and engine assembly internals were locked right up!!!!!! 6 month warranty i still might sue in small claims court. If i dont hear back from the manager soon
I asked if they had checked the car’s thermostat, I was told it was fine. My friend had been to this shop 4 times for no heat. They filled her antifreeze, and charged her $100+ each time. Had a mechanic look at the car…. Thermostat came out in 6 pieces…. Was broken all along, that caused the antifreeze to come out of the overflow….. AVOID these people at all cost!
