My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. this dealer did not disclosed vehicle faults. I bought Kia optima car through auction from this dealer. vehicle engine was faulty, exhaust was broken. dealer hide faults, he does not follows OMVIC guidelines. not transparent, he tried to cheat client ,I spent lots of money to diagnosed vehicle engine, car need replace engine, he waste my time and money, then vehicle returned through arbitration. so avoid this dealership to buy vehicle. ZERO star for dealership.
Paul is the best in business! Great customer service as always, and in a great timely manner for all repairs. Highly recommend Master Truck and Car Repairs.
