A Very Family friendly environment with a knowledgeable trainer that truly cares about your journey! I never feel uncomfortable working out with the trainers who are all so helpful to ensure you are doing things correctly to not injure yourself! A great place with good people!!!!
Jennifer is great. I was previously at her boot camp and am now bringing my 13 year old who actually likes to come. Jennifer is really informative and cares about her clients.
