I brought my car to them a few weeks ago because it was running rough and had a squeaky belt. I told the owner to call me before he did any work to make sure we were on the same page. He called me about the belt but they had already replaced my engine parts without discussing the problem/price with me. I had a problem with my Saturn transmission (needed a new clutch plate kit assembly). They diagnosed the problem immediately without charge. (The GM dealership wanted $110 just to diagnose the issue.) The labor rate was very reasonable. The issue was fixed and my transmission is smoother than it has ever been! Great Job!

The Techs at Master's Touch are TOP NOTCH! They are trustworthy and honest! They are efficient in everything they do to make sure you are satisfied with the work they do on your vehicle. A little history....my 2007 Avalanche was making a horrible sound when I put it in reverse...as if the brakes were locking up and the truck wouldn't move. Valvoline performed an oil change, engine flush, and rear end greasing...cost $387.00 the horrific sound was my rear end...there was NO grease...the Techs at Master Touch fixed the problem... read more

I went into the shop with the thought that I had a transmission leak. They investigated and determined that it probably was the head gasket seals or the oil pan seals... the cost to replace the head gasket would be around $500 and to fix the oil pan seal was $600. 6.5 hours for the head gaskets and 9 hours for the oil pan seal. I paid them over $660 including tax to fix the oil pan seal... I called the local dealer and they said it would be $300 to fix the oil pan seal. This company is under new ownership since early 2013. When my check engine light went on, they tested it for free and actually told me the truth--that it just meant that my car was in need of a tune up but would be fine indefinitely on the road if I didn't want to have the work immediately. Since they already had the car, I asked them to go ahead and do the tune up. Although they were already booked solid, they squeezed in my job.
