Master Touch did an amazing job renovating our pool/patio! JP helped us choose the pool tiles and deck material, he designed the water feature along with the patio layout (including a pergola), and everything turned out beautifully. After having a horrible experience with another pool company in our old home, we can honestly say that this time around was completely different - Master Touch worked on a tight timeline, and totally delivered what they promised. We highly recommend them.
They asked me to send them a video of the repairs needed. Took hours to get it down to 1 minute max for a text. They acknowledge receipt. That was 2 weeks ago...
