The job site was kept surprisingly clean the entire time. I’ve seen other projects in my neighborhood that looked like a disaster zone. These guys were organized and respectful.

Horrible experience! They just come , do a routine cleaning but no attention to detail. I had to inquire about everything I thought was wrong in order for them to confirm and provide a plan. I would approve plan, they take payment, and the no follow up. I had to continually reach out to see if the plan was finalized/ completed. I had algae growing in my pool every week although they were here weekly. I fired them and hired someone new that came 2 days after Master Touch had been here and my pool was full algae already. They are to big to give any type of service, even the owner didn't make things happen after we spoke admitting they were wrong. one thing after another....I just got tired of it and have decided to go elsewhere. Send you inaccurate quotes and just no personal service anymore, they are good people just got to big...
