I ordered a part that was " in stock" never received any email confirmation, after two weeks I send them an email looking to see where my order was...said low and behold my parts came in and we're shipping that day and I would get a email tracking confirmation within 24 hours...5 days later now parts are missing from my order..I've seen bad shipping before but I'd never ever use this company for any... and to add insult to injury they gave me a excuse that their company had snow in Denver...haha good luck if you do order fro... read more
Ordered a part for my broken Air Compressor on a Thursday. Had to constantly email and ask to get any kind of update on the shipment. Finally got the tracking today, and it's due to arrive on Wednesday. That's 3 WEEKS after I placed the initial order, and that is their FAST shipping option..... Will not do business with them again.
Zero customer service. Can’t get a hold of anyone about my order from almost a month ago. Never received my item.
