We had an incredible experience with Master Tile Kitchen & Bath Design. We did a major bathroom remodel but kept our existing shower for budget reasons. A huge shout out to our designer, Erin, who managed to design a stunning, high-end space around that existing shower so perfectly that it ties the whole room together. Everyone at Master Tile, from the showroom designers to the electricians and plumbers, were total pros. Very knowledgeable friendly and helpful staff!
We visited this shop yesterday and were very disappointed with the service. Despite seeming to have a large inventory of tile, the people in the store were unhelpful - they showed minimal interest in our project, they were quick to dismiss our design as too hard to match to their stock, but they didn't have any meaningful suggestions or alternatives ("you could look online or there is this lady in Antarctica who can make that custom").
