I bought a voucher last night from Groupon for haircut and style, I called this morning to try to schedule my appointment and waited all day for them to contact me back and tell me the style was not included and it was just the haircut… so I asked why it says haircut and style? Then I asked sarcastically if it was just for advertisement then and she said yes and once I said I was recording the call and reporting this they hung up on me and blocked my number
Wasted my time for her to say she can't do my hair texture and I said what do you mean. I can't do curly hair and I said then put that on groupon. She also tried to pressure me to get my hair done instead and I kept telling her no.
If you’re looking for professional communication and scheduling, DO NOT GO HERE. VERY unprofessional. To make it so bad, I never even got a chance to experience the work ethic because the booking and scheduling was awful, I mean terrible. First of all, a consultation and an appointment is not the same thing, so if you’ll be doing it all in one session, that needs to be clear to begin with. Ever since I discovered Maleka a few years ago, she is the only person I trust with handling my hair. She has done such an amazing job every time and I always get compliments so I make sure to give people her info. All of my family and friends now get their hair cut with her and they love it! She knows what styles and cuts look best, so I never need to say too much which I love. Going to her to get my hair cut feels like going to family!!
I love her work. Long layers with a style. Highly recommended
