Highly disappointed. The worst customer service I have ever received. The repair man was 5 hours late and had the unprofessional appearance of someone who has not bathed in too too long. The quote given to me over the phone was way off from the actual cost of repair. I ended up paying 200 dollars more than what I was told and since the repairs were already made I had no choice but to pay over 300 dollars to get my tv repaired when I could have just gone and gotten a new tv. no callback as of yet I called today to get my HCT fixed because it doesn't turn on. Dave (David) said he would call me and let me know if he could fix it. That was at 9am this morning and still no call back. I am very disappointed and now taking my tv somewhere else

Honest, reliable I found Master TV repair to be a great choice when our 51 inch Sony was not turning on. It would stay blinking and never turn on. I called a few places and they wanted me to bring it in. I saw the great review for Master TV and decided to call. I explained my problem, they had me verify the number of blinks the TV was giving. Fair, honest service We found David and Master TV repair to be a great choice when our 32 inch Toshiba was losing the picture recently. David answered the call (did not have to leave a number and get a return call), got our information and set an appointment. He provided excellent service and was reasonalble on his rates. We will definately call him again when we need TV service and recommend you do to! Having service at our home was a much better option than taking it in and leaving it somewhere.
