Fast, efficient, friendly service. Up front fair pricing. Was able to come out the next day (we had called after lunch the day before). Answered all my questions and fixed the two issues we were having.
Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Chris with Master Tech answered the bell. He came all the way from Hamburg, AR and got me taken care of within a couple hours well before sundown. GREAT TURNAROUND SERVICE EVEN ON WEEKENDS. I appreciate you Chris!
After three weeks without water due to a leak and first person that looked at it ghosting me, I called and they were out within 2 days.... I now have water again and I am one HAPPY girl!!!! And I didn't go broke for it!!! staff was amazing from the office to the repair. would highly recommend!
I couldn’t recommend Master Tech more! In getting my Mother’s house ready to sell, I used them for several different things I needed to address. Chris and his crew were awesome each time! Explaining the best way to address each issue, and doing it safely and efficiently. Chris is a so kind and knowledgeable. Wish they were in Arkansas, because they would be my go to every time!
