My son purchased a car from Ilans Auto. Ilans Auto to their credit sent us to have the issue resolved at Master Tech at no cost to my son to resolve break issues and a check engine light issue. They replaced Cheap breaks with less cheap brakes when the car needs calipers. We are currently sitting here with an appointment time of 10 am with noone in the office at Master Tech. Unprofessional. Un safe. Horrible mechanics and buisness people.
Customer service was impeccable and the service was quick and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place. 10/10!
They were courteous professional and took car of my car upon arrival.
