This guy was AWESOME! When we needed Jerry, he came, he saw, he conquered. Not his install, or his problem. But he fixed our brand new system when original installer was unavailable. Knowledge, and attention to detail make me wish I knew him 2 months ago.

My mother's heat pump messed up last week. Another heat and air company that starts with a B and ends with a Y came out to look at it. They charged her $150 just to come out and tell her all of her coils were busted and she needed a complete new unit. They tried to rip my mom off is really what they were trying to do. Awesome service! A/C quit working because a transformer in the unit went bad. Called to see if he had the part and if I could pick it up ASAP and he did! Was able to do all this after hours. Got my A/C fixed and working now! Thank you

We just bought a place in the Greeneville area, so I did my research and picked MasterTech. I'm glad I did. We wanted our heat pump serviced to be sure it was working properly cause of noises we were hearing. He came out and then told us all about the system and said we would properly need a new one within a few years cause the one we had was nearing its lifespan.
