Our experience began with a horrible interaction with Dick Hannah Service Center. We took our 2017 KIA in because it wouldn’t start and the dealership emailed us a list for mostly unneeded work adding up to 7k and didn’t even tell us the real issues (which MasterTech found). MasterTech diagnosed and repaired our vehicle in half the time the dealership had it and threw in some of the work free because they thought they could’ve been faster! They stopped my car from loosing wheels on the road. Great in person and provide photos and videos of car issues.
With the amount of cars that I saw when I dropped my car off in the morning, I was not expecting to get my car back the same day. But they called me a couple of hours later with the price quote! I like how they have you approve the services before they do anything or charge you. It makes me feel that I have a say when it comes to my car. I have gone to them a few times and have never been disappointed. I have already told a couple people about them. Would recommend!!
recently, I had an issue occur that was too big for me to cover on the spot, n I saw this place had over 130 reviews and still at over 4 star rating. That's damn good. Any way I needed to get financed for my costly repair and master automotive has a financing option. I was approved and got my car back in good running condition. They did outstanding.
