Took my car in for an oil change. They only did what was necessary after a complete inspection, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need... unlike other places. I'll be a repeat customer as long as they continue to treat me well... so far, so good. The only "complaint" I have is that I had to leave my car there for service, because they were very busy. Understandable when you have a reputable business. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks Master Tech, you'll be seeing me again.
My water pump blew at night. The very next morning called and towed in my car same day nearby, Kevin and his team was able to fix my car same day!
Inexpensive, quick service. Friendly staff, super helpful. Came for an oil change and A/C recharge. Oil change + new filter was under $60 for my car, usually it’s almost $100+
My boyfriend and I were 4 hours into a 9 hour roadtrip when our truck's engine overheated on the interstate. We managed to pull into Master Auto Tech just before it closed and the manager, Kevin, was able to take a look at it and found that the coolant hose had broken. He didn't have the part to fix it at the shop, but drove my boyfriend to the auto parts shop, got the necessary parts, and repaired the hose and got the truck in working condition.
