Came in with a difficult problem with my car and they took their time trying to diagnose the problem with honesty and open communication. Would use them again!
Been to a bunch of shops between Portland and Tacoma and this is the only one I trust. Its an hour away from my house and 100% worth it. I have quite a few vehicles and don't always have the time or patience to wrench on them myself. These guys have proven multiple times that I can trust them to be honest and they have experienced knowledgeable techs.
I don't think I would have found a better place to take my SUV! They were able to work with my Warranty. They were very thorough with their inspection. They were on par with communication. They kept me informed daily. They explained what they had to do step by step and they also had great finance options. I was very satisfied with their work. They definitely care about their customers.
