Master Tech was able to get me a diagnostic for my car right away. While the diagnosis was not great, they did their best to look out for me and do everything they could to be cost effective and timely. They were very honest and great at explaining everything that was happening. I was heading to Bells auto because my car was making a strange sound and was gonna make an appt. I was just down the street when my power steering went out and all my dash lights came on. I called Bells and Adam literally walked down the street and met me just to make sure I could get my car turned around into the shop. Had a rocky start but in the end everything was sorted out and taken care of and everyone was professional and friendly. Only wish that some of the repairs discovered along the process had been caught earlier so I would have been able to plan accordingly but overall I was treated with respect and my initial problems taken care of.

Transparent with time and updates for repair. Also took their time to make sure warranty coverage was available and estimated cost for parts and labor.
