When you get a phone call at 6 am from your husband saying 'honey, a deer hit me' you think its going to be a stressful couple of weeks to follow. But thanks to John, Paul and everyone at Mastertech Collision repair, it was a 'pain' free experience. I RAN ACROSS THIS SITE AND NOTICED THERE WERE ONLY THREE REVEIWS...TWO OF THEM BAD!! MASTERTECH OBVIOUSLY NEEDS TO COME INTO THE CURRENT WORLD OF SOCIAL NETWORKING...AND IT IS A SHAME THESE TWO PEOPLE DIDNT TALK TO THE OWNER OR HIS SON... IM SURE THEY WOULD HAVE RESOLVED THIS...THEY BOTH REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ANYWAY, GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED OR JUST GET ADVICE THEY REALLY CARE AND THEY ARE THE BEST!
I was treated very rudely. Maybe because I am a woman.... who knows? Maybe they have so much business they fdont need anymore.
I agree with "Scooters Mom". I was treated rudely, too. They were going to charge me \$100 labor for a job that only took 10 minutes. So, I bought the part from Mastertech & the guy was very rude about it. Im sorry. I saved myself a \$100 & just let a co-worker of my fathers do it. He did it for free & only took 5-10 minutes!!
Very Good, This is my "car doc" . Parents know owner.
Great Shop They use root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills instead of just replacing parts. The owner is a good guy and has 50 years of experience working with automobils. He has taught automotive classes at the local college too.
