Had to wait for to have my vehicle diagnosed, but easy to work with. Happy with my experience.
Excellent service & knowledgeable employees. I felt like they always explained what the problem is. It was stressful to worry about my car but he assured me that he would fix it. My BMW needed 46 updates which took 3 days to update. He carefully explained about the coolant hose and water pump. I’m very grateful to Master Tech and their cute little dog.
They are always wonderful. Keep my car running well and reminding when it's time to bring her in.
