Stay away from these folks, they order the wrong parts and make expensive repairs that don't fix the problems. If you call, you are on hold and given excuses on everything. They showed up 4x to fix a washing machine without parts, with the wrong part, without the 2nd person that they said they needed to unstack the washer/dryer for one requested repair. Couldn't service me because I was not in their area?? Milan Michigan is about 9 miles from Ann arbor Michigan. But they did give me a referral to an x employee that moved on to start his own business. He came from Brighton Michigan 45 miles away. Go figure
This is a follow-up to the review I left last week. Alas, my dryer did not dry my clothes after the coils were replaced, so Master Tech's Curt came back today and it was operator error (translation: My fault). My dryer sheet had gotten plastered against the vent in the back of the dryer. Curt was so kind and stayed 20 minutes to make sure all was well after he removed the sheet.
