Oil and oil filter change (with my own oil). I also requested an air filter change and agreed on the price. They do only the Oil change, leaving me with the already bought Air Filter. He said he didn’t hear me. I said it’s ok, “can you do it please?”. He leaves and goes “next time.” No explanation. Very rude. Wouldn’t recommend.
I discriminate against myself, I asked them to use the toilet and they treated me badly for being Latino.
I've been taking my Subaru here for service, and even though they don’t specialize in Subarus, they always do their best to figure things out and fix any issues. If it’s something outside their scope, they’re honest about it and let me know without any BS. It’s rare to find a mechanic where you don’t walk away feeling ripped off, but this shop is one of the good ones—fair prices, honest work, and no pressure for unnecessary repairs. Five stars, no question.
Reliable and trustworthy service. I always feel confident to drop off my car and get the service I asked for. Sak is always very kind and accommodating to my requests, and even helped me for free when my check engine light just needed a reset after oil change. Their prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend, they specialize in Nissan, Toyota, Honda
