Similar to Chris’ review, I recently brought my car in for a couple issues and was left disappointed. John fixed one issue, half fixed another and also claimed my tail light was out so did that himself (without asking, for $55). There was no discussion of pricing until I picked up my car and was shocked to see a pricey bill for 1k. They had my car for three days and the lack of communication resulted in me having to cancel an appointment when really there was nothing left they could do for my car. Mike is out due to health issues. Johnathan was left in charge. He could not fix my plow truck. Stuck in 4 wheel drive. Never fixed it but now it won't go in 4 wheel drive. Rendering my plow truck useless. Also over charged me on another vehicle for a shifter bushing. I ended up doing it myself but he wanted to charge me $100. To put the air cleaner back on. I did not ask him to do. A 5 minute job. Mike ran the place better.
