The spa itself is well made and I would generally consider a good quality item. However, the customer service for when things go wrong is terrible!! I have had a couple of warranty items that have needed repair and having called them multiple times over months they are yet to return one of my calls!! I think they work on the premise that if they ignore you long enough then you will repair the spa yourself!! Be warned as the warranty is only as good as the customer service!!
