I had multiple issues with the location I purchased my Master Spa hot tub from. I contacted Alfred’s location and he assisted me when he wasn’t even obligated to. He knew the Master Spa parts I needed, answered questions about the problems I was having and recommended the solution and parts to solve the problem without selling me more parts than I needed. I will be calling his store when I need anything from now on. They are honest and know he products.
I interacted with this company a few weeks ago but website issues made the purchase I wanted to make impossible. During my interaction I took the opportunity to interact with their bot that states "I am a live person here to help".
