Great customer service every interaction I have with the Mississauga location
Very easy to deal with, found me a used hot tub, help me with financing, and warranty, few extras, delivered on time and set up for us. Was great service beginning to end!!
I had a UV Light assembly spring a bad leak and needed replacing. The folks at Master Spas came quickly to make the repair, cleaned up nicely, provided some much needed advice and then even refunded a recent UV light bulb purchase I made with them. Price for the repair was very fair. Later I developed a leak downline of the UV light assembly on an older T-junction. They came back and fix it the next day - free of charge! I would recommend Master Spas for initial tub purchase and post sales workmanship any day.
