on Monday I called the Mississauga location and spoke with Mackenzie after some confusion about which region was my service region and Mackenzie was very helpful in getting my service call booked for a leak in my hot tub. First thing the next morning AJ arrived at my house to complete the service call. AJ was professional, polite, friendly, willing to explain what he was looking for and show me what the problem was and what he was going to do to get it fixed. Stellar service. It was a big investment to go with Masterspa and I'm glad I did, versus going with a cheap brand from Canadian Tire. After 4 years of ownership our top side controller died, so I called Masterspa for service because we were out of warranty. The sent out a technician within a day and immediately diagnosed the problem, and helped troubleshoot a heating problem.
