After a filter order of new filters for my SPA, the replacement filters with new adaptors and some issues, Alfred at Master SPA's took detailed information and sent it back to the manufacturing facility. As this was taking place he found two older style filters that fit my SPA perfectly, service over and above! Great service from Alfred at Master Spa.
