Cheri and Greg were very nice. I purchased the Ocho Rios SE. I immediately had an electrician to change it to 240. So far so good.

Next update: pool spa not even 6 months reported light issue and screen issue and also cover shocks rusting. They came to fix light 2 months later in the bright of day. The next night tried the lights and issue still not fixed. Reported light still not fixed told service center would reach out. Month later and still nothing. Also parts covered under warranty but you have to pay for service call. What good is a warranty? Service call is not cheap either. Buyer be ware. We bought a hot tub from Master Spas because of their reputation, quality of the product and we were able to pick the colors we wanted. Our sales person Chris was friendly and no pressure to buy that day. The delivery was above our expectations! The guys were very careful not to hit our fence as they were taking it through the back yard. We are one very happy Master Spa customer!
