Update: they did reach out after my review for info it is under my 87 year grandmother Martha Gowan. I still have to stress make sure they give you the right info for hook up. We still ended up an extra 3000 due to that issue. They sent us the rail and some filters and a few other little things but still does not really cover the extra cost we had out of pocket. They also finally sent a guy for the wet session which would have been helpful to start up. We order at a spa event and it was easy but the info given in the process... read more
We order at a spa event and it was easy but the info given in the process has been a nightmare. Nothing like what was said. Nothing has been like advised. Getting it running has been a nightmare. No real help other then to get it sold to us. The spa was also damaged some on delivery made sure when I signed to right it in since they did not show me where they noted the damage.
