We shopped for a few months before going with MasterSpa. The hot tub was delivered promptly after ordering. Support and instructions were very thorough. Setup was easy and the first dip was fantastic! :) Been less than a week and the company has been following up to make sure we’re off to a good start. Cheri and Ted at MasterSpa have been great to work with!
Incredible service and products that when we bought a new house, we went right back to them for another spa. People are kind and knowledgeable and not super pushy.

She was so welcoming and inviting, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit. Her customer service really stood out and made the entire buying experience enjoyable. The installation process was just as impressive. Everything went seamlessly... read more
These people are great. The friendliest, knowledgeable and always get right back with you with an answer. Staff is very helpful on setting up delivery and overall question. Delivery personnel awesome including phone personnel. Had it set up in no time and explained chemicals for the initial set up. Thank you so much for all you do!!!
