I went to the location on dupont rd previously and the sales person was not very knowledgeable, but they were also in the process of moving to new location. So today because I was in need of some chemicals and a filter I went to the new location on lima rd to give them another shot. And the facility was very nice however the gentleman working there was very rude. Went to Lima Rd Master Spa's New location n I absolutely love the new store n Landon. He is very knowledgeable n nice. Would definitely recommend this store for your shopping needs.

Do not buy a hot tub from these people one of my customers purchased a hot tub that was a year or two old. certified preowned. he took it home and it flooded his basement in his house because whoever certified the hot tub forgot to reinstall a drain plug in it. My customer then told me when he reached out to them they said that there’s nothing they can do about it, even though we spent all that money on a hot tub less than a week before.
