From our purchase at the 2026 Home Show to delivery just four days later, the entire process was seamless. Francisco, Vern, and another team member whose name I unfortunately can’t recall were professional and courteous throughout. They took great care in ensuring the hot tub was placed exactly where we wanted it. We truly appreciate the excellent service and outstanding delivery team.
