Do not buy a hot tub from these people one of my customers purchased a hot tub that was a year or two old. certified preowned. he took it home and it flooded his basement in his house because whoever certified the hot tub forgot to reinstall a drain plug in it. My customer then told me when he reached out to them they said that there’s nothing they can do about it, even though we spent all that money on a hot tub less than a week before. We come here to buy filters and chemicals. Landon is a very nice, helpful, relatable, and knowledgeable employee! The store is very clean and open. If you need anything hot tub, swim spa, or sauna related, Master Spas should be your go-to!
Landon was friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the precision line, even after telling him we have already purchased a Master spa. The new showroom is well lit and has a thoughtful layout. We will be buying our supplies here, and look forward to returning.
