Don't lie about delivery time. We have been waiting 10 weeks on a spa they said would take 6-8 weeks. We ordered in July. Going to have to take action. Don't buy at a local spa show. Don't know how far behind they are, but they don't have any info when it will be finished. Only buy from a local company, and hopefully a spa already built. Some companies are a year behind and they want you to pay in full before you order. A rip off. Don't ever pay in full for something that isn't in a warehouse somewhere.
RecommendedI am wondering if any other people that live in Eugene Oregon and went to the spa show when they were in town and bought a spa has gotten the steps that are SUPPOSE to come with the spa? We purchased a spa and still have not received our steps??? Just wondering if this how their business is ran?
