Grade C quality. Purchased new twilight series in 2020. As of 8/ 2024 1)the hot tub controls have failed $ 600 to replace 2) the heating element failed heating the tub to 108 degrees. 3) the $ 700 cover and ALL of the hot tub pillows and filter covers $300, have deteriorated to the point that they are nt usable. 4) today I noticed the caulking around the jet controls have started to seperate and are floating in the spa. 5) the side panel of the tub is used to drain the spa when you change the water. Quote from master spas website, "Master Spas is committed to providing our customers with legendary support". The incorrect wiring diagram they provided has caused the motor to blow and they refuse to replace. Their customer support has to be some of the WORST I have ever received. the wiring schematic that comes directly on cover of the motherboard is 100% wrong. When calling in, they said that I was wrong and I also shouldn't be following the wiring diagram. I should be looking elsewhere at a completely different diagram. ... read more
