Our spa started leaking and Tasso answered the phone immediately and came later that day to fix it. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly as a failed nut on one of the pumps, had a replacement spare in his truck, and everything was fixed within the hour. The next day, he even messaged me to check to see if everything was still ok. Thank you Tasso!
my hot tub stopped working in the middle of a cold winter and i was in the brink of loosing the spa, i called tasso from master spa and i am glad i did he showed up but unfortunately for me it wasn't something could be fixed at that one visit,so he kept coming back put a heater inside the water so water don't freeze he came day and night follow up with phone calls and he was able to fix my spa. He is very knowledgeable and kind person i definitely recommend him.
My spa’s breaker couldn’t stop tripping and staying in the middle….These guys picked up the phone every time. And delivered the service within a day. Unbelievable service and communication. Price is moderate compared to other companies but the overall service is stellar… thank you! Will definitely use you guys again

Sincerely the best . Very professional ,fast , direct but honest no waisting time . And sense of humor whit very good customer service since they answear the phone . They told me will be there max 45 min will come check tell u exactly what is the damage.So thank you again Master spa 😊🙏🤟🛀👌
