I had my hot tub serviced today and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and pointed out a few issues that I hadn’t noticed to keep everything running smoothly. I confidently recommend this servicing team to anyone who needs reliable service.
Anastasios is the best! So efficient, he had all the parts with him and fixed the leak and heating problem with my spa right away. He checked everything and even gave us great tips to maintain the spa. Would definitely recommend 100%!!!
Very pleased with service! Much cheaper than the company specific spa repair technician and far more available. He found the exact mainframe replacement for my ten year old spa, and even checked in later to make sure things were working well. He was also helpful with some of the basic controls of the spa. Highly recommend.

Luckily Anastasio came the next day and repaired my Getaway by Master Spa on the spot. He replaced the heating element and gaskets. He also gave me fait rates and helpful general advice.
