Athanasios provided excellent customer service — he came the very same day, fixed the issue quickly, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly. Amazing service . I called on a friday 6pm and by 730pm a technician was at my house . The pump was broken and they had the spare parts ready and replaced the part with a superior pump that I had for the same price without asking them to do that. Truly great service and will 100% save them as my spa contact instead of the other spa companies.
Anastasios is the best! So efficient, he had all the parts with him and fixed the leak and heating problem with my spa right away. He checked everything and even gave us great tips to maintain the spa. Would definitely recommend 100%!!!
I’ve used Spa Master on 2 occasions, he recently came to repair a leak; efficient and reliable , he called me back to arrange a same-day visit where he diagnosed and repaired the issue within an hour.
